    • Accomplishes 2-6 designs annually in three design areas: Sets, Costumes, Lights
    • Utilizes students as assistants in all of departmental designs Collaborated with local theatre companies for summer jobs, internships and other positions for students' educational benefit
    • Increased student involvement in design work, design classes and production by more than 66%
    • Revised entire curricular offerings in the design and technical area to reflect a contemporary approach
    • Developed long-term planning strategy for the production area to facilitate growth and re-organization of the scenic, prop, furniture, and costume storage

2002 San Diego State University. Guest Lecturer. Topics include: colour theory, research, rendering styles and fabric as a medium.
1999-1997 University of California Los Angeles. Graduate Teaching Assistant in Design and Production working with MFA Design, Directing and Playwriting students on collaboration and production. 3 quarters per academic year.
1998 Antelope Valley College . Guest Lecturer/Artist. Designer for A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Supervise student labor and assistants through the complete design and build process of the production.

Augustana College. Guest Artist/Consultant. Design costumes for Sweet Charity and supervise student assistants. Consult during the establishment of a new costume shop and procedures.
1994-1995 Seattle Central Community College. Resident Designer. Design and execute a four show season culminating in student directed and designed one-acts. Oversee budget, student labor and teach about production during the one-act festival.
