Learning Systems Group

The Learning Systems Group (LSG) of St. Mary's College of Maryland consists of members from Campus Technology Support Services (CTSS), the Library and Media Services, the Office of the Provost and the College Faculty. The purpose of the LSG is to share information regarding issues regarding technology and its uses on campus. This includes faculty computers, computer labs, classroom media, the One Card system, BlackBoard, and the online course evaluation system. Again, the LSG is not a policy-making committee, but is intended to help facilitate the sharing of information about technology, and hopefully, this page will help achieve that end.

The LSG reports to the campus community through the Silicon Ear. Future editions of the Silicon Ear will be archived here, so please, take advantage of this resource should you find yourself asking, "What was it I heard about "insert technological issue here."

If you have any questions or concerns that you would like the LSG to consider, please contact them by emailing Doug Toti here. All topics will be discussed and shared with the appropriate individuals and departments on campus. You may be contacted, or asked to attend a meeting if additional information is needed to address your concern.

The LSG meets every other Wednesday at 2PM.
