Faculty Websites

Web space for faculty is provided by the College for use in curriculum, research, and outreach endeavors.

If you have already requested space or cannot locate your existing site and believe you have reached this page in error, please contact the Help Desk at x4357 or helpdesk@smcm.edu for immediate assistance.

Redirection has been put in place for all pre-existing faculty web sites. Please make every effort to change referring links to the new faculty web address (all links to your homepage now begin with http://faculty.smcm.edu/ instead of http://www.smcm.edu/users). Links using the old address will still work for the next academic year.

PLEASE NOTE: FTP Access to faculty sites has now been restored.

Need to Request New Space?

If you are a member of the faculty and would like to request web space, please e-mail the Help Desk at helpdesk@smcm.edu for assistance. Please allow 3-5 days to set up new space and user permissions. You will be emailed an instruction sheet on how to access your site once it has been set up by the Web Services Team.

Once established, your space will appear at http://faculty.smcm.edu/yourusername.
